I heard there is a translation in 2000 and I'd like to circulate a copy to some people I know. But I can't find where to buy this or the publisher?

EDIT: It also appears a mr. A. B. Kuriaev was responsible for publishing, if that helps at all. I know the "Dom Knigi" in both Moscow, and Saint Petersburg have huge selections of books. If you live around either of those areas, maybe you can find it there.
