A continuation from another thread:

Anarchist Cain:

Spideynw:
I am am smart enough to know that retards do not have the mental capacity to understand what retard means, and as such they cannot be offended by the term.

Well your wrong. There is a percentage of individuals who have mental handicaps who are able to lead furfilling lives on their own and have the ability to conceptualize, rationalize and deduce.

Well, that does not sound like a retard to me then.  A retard would not be offended at being called a retard, because he or she is a retard.  It is like saying I would be offended if someone called me black, if I were black.

At most, I think only 5% of the adult population would need to stop cooperating to have real change.

So as to not continue derailing another thread.

At most, I think only 5% of the adult population would need to stop cooperating to have real change.
