I support confederalism, not federalism.  As for the incorporation doctrine, the 14th Amendment should be repealed.

To limit centralized tyranny.  I don't want the Federal government sending in tanks.

The bill of rights limits what the fed can do.

You have to realize that all government is given the reins of tyranny. What we need is a government based on justice. When the government is a tyranny of justice, then you have a worthy society.

The problem with the US is that there's far too many holes in the consitution, and the bill of rights, through which statism has seeped over time. They weren't familiar with statism then like we are now. And the constitution wasn't written by the same minds as the articles of confederation.
