Compensations for the invasions, occupations, & deaths in Iraq & Afghanistan?

Considering the US government's invasions, slaughters, and current occupations of Iraq & Afghanistan when or should the US military depart from both countries should there be financial or some type of compensation for the Iraqi & Afghan people?

No, but In a perfect world the Bush administration (and now the Obama administration for their actions in Pakistan/Afghanistan) would face sever legal ramifications.
