This new law sounds like a good idea but we need to look at the unseen. The unseen implication is that the federal government now has more powers over the states. Therefore, if it can pass second amendment to the states then it has the power to perhaps overturn states right refusing mandatory health insurance. The federal government might now used the second amendment and apply it to the states as a means of gaining more power. Why the second amendment? I just figure it is something that most people in the US would agree with. So passing the second amendment to the states is something the citizens would not object to. So the strrenghing of government power is not objected to. But once it has more of this power it will be able to over turn states decisions on mandatory health insurance.
Non sequitur.
