I don't think so. Problem is that cells age as they split into new cells and ultimately the brains fate is the same as that of any other organ: The cells divide until they are not able to do so and the structure fails to fulfill its function. So the key to immortality would be this technology and additionally something that keeps the brain alive perpetually. Maybe some sort of stem cells or other ideas out of genetic engineering could do the job.
