I did not expect the U.S. dollar’s demise to be delayed by malfunctioning printing presses.

Either way- I found this very funny, my roommates gave me a strange look when I burst out laughing. 

Who ever the engineer was, I am not sure to hate for

1) messing up the machine

2) reducing the governements effects,

or

love

1) for messing up the machines an making the gov't more inefficient
