Anti-TSA state legislation and interstate commerce clause

Multiple states (e.g., Texas http://blog.tenthamendmentcenter.com/2011/03/texas-legislation-proposes-felony-charges-for-tsa-agents/) are preparing legislation which in one way or another curbs TSA activity.

The congress, most probably, will invoke the interstate commerce clause (which historically was used on even less applicable occassions). What are your expectations of the result?
