Canada Election 2011

Things really went crazy this year in the federal election.  To give you an idea, here the result:

For those not familiar, the Liberal Party has been the government 70% of the time in Canada since 1867.  The CP nudged up into a majority.  The NDP and LP switched positions relative to the historical norm.  The NDP is essentially Canada's communist party and is now the official opposition.  They seem to be heavily using tax break rhetoric these days.  This might prove to be a mildly amusing next few years.
