I read that the COMEX manipulating the silver market (increaseing margins requirements 5 times from 9000$ to 21000$) forcing investors to sell.

What does this means? What are "margin requirements"? Who should pay those 21000 dollars?

This guy is obviously a total douchebag, but he gives you the explanation you're looking for..

(if he's too much for you, just check out Investopedia and Wikipedia.  You might actually do better at least reading that first article (if not both) and watching the vid. )

I can't stand that guy, I'll read the links. Thanks!

Could it be possible in your opinion that the COMEX further increase margins if silver reach again 50 usd /oz?

If they did that, it'll only make the case for silver stronger.

To paraphrase Marc Faber: We're all doomed, but that doesn't mean that we can't make money in the process.
Rabbi Lapin: "Let's make bricks!"
Stephan Kinsella: "Say you and I both want to make a German chocolate cake."

Why?

Silver plunged after they inceased margin requirements.

I didn't say that prices wouldn't go up.

You have to ask yourself why silver would rise to $50 even after margin having raised it so much.

To paraphrase Marc Faber: We're all doomed, but that doesn't mean that we can't make money in the process.
Rabbi Lapin: "Let's make bricks!"
Stephan Kinsella: "Say you and I both want to make a German chocolate cake."
