The Mtgox ask for bitcoins is $10.96. The Britcoin bid is $11.41.

Does this mean I can buy bitcoins for $10.96 at Mtgox, then sell them at Britcoin for $11.41, and keep the change?

The bitcoin market is so tiny that you can't really engage in a worthwhile ammount of arbitrage. Small transactions move the market a lot.
