There is a book that was just released by an anonymous author called "The Book of Aquarius".

Its free. This sounds wierd, but I heard this guy (Jay Weidner) talking about it on coast to coast (link above). He's been studying all the ancient and modern works on the philosopher's stone, and he says this book is the real deal and unprecedented. instead of speaking in code, like the previous books have done in the past 12,000 years, this one tells you in straight english how to actually make the philosopher's stone (red stone). This particular historian seems to believe that this book will change everything. I guess he blieves it will free all of us. I know, this sounds ridiculous. And when you start reading the book and realize that the main way to create the philosophers stone is to use urine, it sounds even more ridiculous. I don't belive this. but sometimes, truth is stranger than fiction. if nothing else, so far this book is interesting and well researched with alot of citations from many many wriitings.
This is a joke, right? Such mysticism isn't worth taking seriously in the first place. Odds are you're the author trying to pump your book. Meh.
"Many citations" as if that meant anything. Cite reality and we'll talk.
lol. I'm not the author. And this is not a joke.
limitgov: lol. I'm not the author. And this is not a joke.
Well, the "philosopher's stone" most certainly -is- a joke.
"Well, the "philosopher's stone" most certainly -is- a joke."
Someone should have told Issac Newton and many other great scientists that. It would have saved them alot of time.
Scanning over it, he cites mainly pre-18th century texts. I do not believe the scientific method predominated back then...
i just tried to do it.
Yep, it worked.
I now have tons of gold bars sitting here in my room, a golem is doing my housework, and I got way younger.
Thanks, guy.
I've been calling people religious wackjobs lately. Is it just me?
Opening the mind...opening the mind...opening the mind...
PLOP!
My brains fell out. How unfortunate.

Yes. Yes it would have.
Also hilarious was the medieval search for an acidic substance that could eat through anything, perhaps without thinking of what they could contain it with.
I also enjoy the true story of the chinese emperor whom believed mercury to be the water of life, and consumed great quantities of it. Mercury is not well absorbed by the body, though it's likely that he eventually died of mercury poisoning :P
John Ess: i just tried to do it. Yep, it worked. I now have tons of gold bars sitting here in my room, a golem is doing my housework, and I got way younger. Thanks, guy.
Wait, did you use unicorn urine? It was unicorn urine, wasn't it.
^_~
"Scanning over it, he cites mainly pre-18th century texts. I do not believe the scientific method predominated back then..."
true dat...Issac Newton and those other guys were pretty unimportant.
"
Yep, it worked."
Unfortunately, he states it takes about 3-5 years.

Oh, he owns a time machine. I'm sure you didn't know.
I listen to Coast to Coast AM now and again, for entertainment. Not for laughs, but because I think it is very entertainingly put together show. Whitley Strieber also has a show Dreamland which is the same sort of thing.
But you have to take it with a grain of salt. Every guest is making a major claim; and there doesn't seem to be any filter . And I've not seen one of them where it seemed compelling, except as imaginative.
Recently, I read Ingo Swann's book about people on the moon 'Penetration'. Sometimes he is on that show. The book is pretty funny stuff. I also like Whitley Strieber and David Jacobs.
[the urine] must be purged of its watery and earthy nature (for at first it appears an earthy, heavy, thick, slimy, and misty body), and all that is thick, nebulous, opaque, and dark in it must be removed, that thus, by a final sublimation, the heart and inner soul contained in it may be separated and reduced to a precious essence.
I visit an anarchist forum where people consider themselves enlightened and would share knowledge with the fellow man. Why the hell has NO ONE told me I am PISSING MY SOUL OUT!
But I concede this point.
Reminds me of the daze when I was a Jenkem addict!

I like this excerpt from the book:
