The MF Global scandal

So we all know the National Inflation Association (NIA) is a sham organization used by known pump and dump stock scammers to do their dirt.  I even wrote about this myself here, and it was documented by Peter Schiff and others here.

That being said, their latest article on the MF Global meltdown piqued my interest.  See it here:

I'm curious to hear opinions on this, as I haven't been keeping up with this case, although I did catch this tidbit from popular silver expert on Youtube "davincij15"...

 

 

Obviously there conclusions drawn from circumstantial evidence and the like, but I want to know if there's anything blatently wrong or left out of that NIA article.  Is it a sound assessment with the info that is available on the case?
