Hi Danny,

Removing all the cookies (all history, all temporary files, etc.)  through Windows Explorer caused no improvement in attempting to insert a comment.

However, using Mozilla's Firefox has succeeded.

Now I have no idea why Windows Explorer won't work, but I'm happy to use Firefox.
