Since the end of  80s and head of the 90s there are fast improvements of developping communication technologies, opening borders for capital and so do globalism.

i made this topic because i realized that there are some people with Libertarian views didn't get how all these events are actually in favour of us/Libertarians.

how we can succeed Liberty?

1. globalism:

Gloabalism is your buddy, if we think all these things globally, either social liberties or our economic freedoms are in the process of getting better and better standards (but don't forget only for the smart ones who knows how to use it to their own advantage).

now there are giant companies which are powerful than governments itself, this is somehow a good thing, because as long as business people are stronger than politissions, that means we will be freer, a businessman would want to sell you something while a politission would stick His/her  nose to regulate what you buy.

2. organization:

Even though We Libertarians got the best economists and some well organized think thangs, we can easyly realize that we are structurely lacking at world wide organizations, if we want to be successful, we should colabrate with each others and the wrest who can benefit us.

So that means Libertarians should learn how to be "we" while being i, me, you, he, she in the mean  time.

individualism doesn't mean we will cut out our social ties to co operation with other people.

2.1. Lobbyism:

Lobbyism is one of the useful tools to promote your idea, so we need some serious lobbies that work to assemble libertarian ideas.

don't forget, unlike communists we don't have to wait for kinda revolution, you may need it to improve your current self liberty either for your business or your social life.

2.1.1. police:

make friends with police, they will be there when you are in need of help, a specially in 3rd world countries this might work a lot.

and additionally your view on bribing must be pragmatical as well.

shout against the bribe for a free  society, but if you're a business owner and wanna market porn from 3rd world countries, bribing might save you from bunch of hassles.

3. realpolitik:

our freedom fight should have to be done realistically, for example while being locally Libertarian, you can be flexible to foreign policy if it's pragmatic for liberty.

if you just act like don kisot nobody will listen you, but if you have something to say about real environment, you might be listened, because you're contrubuting something.

example: for regime change in İran We should have some Libertarian strategists making analysis and what may help the people who fed up with Mollas can lead them more twoards freedom etc.

so while we are guarantying liberty of our citizens for inside politics, we should based our foreign policy that is  pragmatical to freedoms of that nation (at least for now).

4. things that we shouldn't do:

4.1. Never ever bring the word anarchism and Libertarianism together, saying that you have an anarchist soul personally does not matter, but there are societies that Anarchism directly may refer to Anarcho communism and actually it has some negative meaning in mainstream norms.

for example: in my country when you refer anarchism most people will think of communist related one and even the uneducated people may think of it some kinda terrorist action or combining it with gangsters.

4.2. this is nothing to do with us but i m just telling for the side note, talking about foreign aid and İsrael finished Ron paul's ellection campaign from start, if you are a politition and wanna run the united states government, you should count the Consequences.

4.3. never buy the word "extreme", "extremist", we are nor trying to install a state based on a superior race neither trying to kill property rights and call it happy utopia communism or also we don't blow our selfs for the name of a holly ideology as well.

what we want is only our social and economic freedoms which is the most natural desire of every decent  human beings.

these are my humble opinions so let's discuss :)

I agree

1. Globalization definetely works in libertarian favor.  Now anyone oppreseed in one country will simply go to another. In fact, I think this is the most libertarian ways to promote libertarianism. Peole shop for countries like people shops for food, services.

2. Communications. Now everybody knows that porn reduce rape and ganja is safe. More and more people are aware that many sex workers are doing it consensually. Before criminalization pretty much silent prostitutes because they can't speak. As people leave government sanctioned marriage more and more, many prostitutes start speaking up why they love their job.

2b. Declining rate of marriage is also a good thing. People are aware now that marriage is not about love or commitment. Marriage is about state control on your sexual affair. Governments and voters have vested interest to ration mates in equal share for everyone and bankrupt any rich smart males to prevent those males from getting to many girls. Now that sugar babies relationship start becoming more common, libertarian leaning rich smart males can reproduce more pushing votes in our favor. Before this nonsense we called marriage is protected by censorship. Horor stories are rarely heard. Now it's gone.

2c. Declining of religions will greatly reduce power of religious leaders. That make individuals free to do what they wish irrelevant of others' irrational's beliefs or nonsenses.

3. The only thing that might work against libertarian favor is, I am not sure it's a bad thing, prosperity itself. Perhaps Milton Friedman's negative income tax flavor of libertarianism will emerge rather than the straight forward no redistribution of wealth. I my self still think that small cash redistribution of wealth free from government intervention as not far from libertarian ideal and may actually make libertarianism more favorable toward voters.

4. Obviously abundance of wealth lower interest rate naturally, against the interest of capitalists in narrow sense. Again, capitalists now means entrepreneurs rather than capital owners. So I do not think it's a bad thing. Government can manipulate currency but all the money will go to capitalists again that understand how currency works. There are plenty of businesses giving return far higher than measly 2-3% per year, especially for small businesses.
