Calif. bill would punish student-teacher dating

After reading the article (I hope it doesn’t change too much after I post my thoughts), I think the law is unlibertarian. Yes, these relationships can give terrify parents and make other people feel uncomfortable, but the non-aggression axiom is not violated, so the relationships should be allowed.

What do you all think?

What about the employer-employee contract? If the contract stipulates that the teach may not date a student and the teachesrgoes ahead and dates a student, then the teacher has violated the contract.

To paraphrase Marc Faber: We're all doomed, but that doesn't mean that we can't make money in the process.
Rabbi Lapin: "Let's make bricks!"
Stephan Kinsella: "Say you and I both want to make a German chocolate cake."
