What constitutes, legal and in An-Cap theory, signing a contract under coercion, or duress?
"Coercion" is typically defined in anarcho-capitalist, or voluntaryist, legal theory as "the use or threat of force". This means that blackmail, i.e. threatening to expose embarrassing or discrediting information, does not constitute a form of coersion, and thus signing a contract under threat of blackmail does not constitute signing a contract under coercion. Hope this helps.
