So, I know minarchism says that the minimum state is justified in order to enforce basic NAP laws.
I had a conversation with a friend and we were talking about stateless capitalism competing law enforcement agencies, and thus competing laws, and what would be done about offered law systems that allow or mandate violation of NAP. Would they be left alone to violate NAP in their communties, even if that they are intertwined with libertarian ones), eg. sharia LEAs that stone people for adultery or John Calvin like LEAa that kill children for hitting their parents and similar, and that could happen in front of your house, eg on a sidewalk that is under the property of some hardcore Calvinist.
So, an idea appeared about a minarchist state not doing the policing, not even the legislation to a full extent, but it would allow the LEAs to do their thing, and it would just regulate the LEAs, eg- if someone wants to start a law enforcemnt agency, he needs to register it with this "micrarchist" state, and the state would approve of the LEAs based on whether the laws they offer break NAP.
Maybe it could be just a formal federation of LEAs, but with the same single purpose of stopping the formation of LEAs that would violate NAP (or interpret the NAP in another way that would be considered as violation of NAP by the state/ initial LEAs).
Any insights about this concrete topic?
