So I read Higgs Regime Uncertainty on the Great Depression and was reading that as the war started the New Dealers were being phased out as w ed focused on the war and businesses gained confidence while regulations were repealed. Just curious, anyone know what specific regulations they were. The article didnt really say. Thanks.
