Seriously - what the heck is a "bump?" I've been on many forums and I have yet to know what this is all about.
As time goes on, a topic goes further down the "current topics" list. If you post anything in the thread, it goes back up to the top. So you post "bump" when you want your thread to see the light of day again by being "bumped" to the top.
