This is obviously a very important issue.
I can't pass a my neighbour's leaf-blower in use without grumbling something along the lines of, "Oh I see, so now your leaves are somebody ELSE'S problem, huh!?!"
After this, when I'm home, I'll usually just roll a doob, and watch my frustrations go up in smoke.
Leaf blowers are like the perfect modern American invention. They don't do anything but make lazy people feel like they're working and piss everybody else off.
