Actually, the 1.6 million votes was just from FOUR COUNTIES.  There are well OVER 1.6 million uncounted prop 37 votes.

 

WTF?

Why don't they structure the voting such that only those whose taxes would be raised can vote on the proposition? Seriously. Gee, I wonder what will happen when someone is given the opprotunity to raise someone else's taxes intead of their own. -_-
