Ok so it is not super low interest rates but its Walmart's fault and maybe Costco's?

This is the most stupid article I have read in a long time.  The author blames the upcoming Mortgage Bust Part 2 on Walmart getting into the business after Costco.  What a boob.  It has nothing to do with central bank rates set lower than the risk of writing the mortgages in the first place or from governments backing up the companies that are lending these mortgages by buying them.  Instead it is from two retailers wanting to get in on the free money from the central bank that is the problem.
