I heard that he was telling Canada that it should be built.  Hasn't it already infringed on private property rights?

Assuming he knows about the property rights violations, he may be in favor of it because foreign oil means foreign military entanglements.

Eminent domain isn't unconstitional and as far as I know Ron Paul is a constitutionalist ex-congressman, and not an internet forum anarchist.

Amendment V
