25 - 29:45 talks about AIDS in Africa and how government funding corrupts the system and exacerbates the problem. 70% of the AIDS in Africa is due to malpractice.

I urge everyone to watch the entire video. It's eye popping!

Also, anyone who thinks China is becoming more of a free market should think twice. China has envirosocialism, draconian population control bureaucracies, police state brutality, infrastructure keynesianism, increased governmental spending in agriculture, and US-favoring currency controls.

In my opinion, the only thing going for China and makes it more stable and than other Asian countries like India is there is no political competition (democracy) which increases the rate of government growth.
