Who knows. He would only be a Keynesian if he believed in Keynesian economics. Who knows what the man believes in. We do know that he is very interested in expanding government and uses Keynesian arguments to attempt to back that up. This is exactly the same for Bush 2, Clinton, Bush 1, Reagan, Carter, Ford, Nixon...
