Fuck me if I could understand a fucking  word he was saying, with that strong New York accent. He seems to have a cool personality though and I love his nerdy laugh.

Can anybody direct me to better audio for beginners?

I'm from Michigan and I can understand what he's saying just fine.

My wife's from England and I can make out what she's saying perfectly, most of the time.

I work in a loud industry and maybe I'm deaf.

I'll keep listening to Rothbard, hopefully I'll catch a syllable or two.

His books are written in a very layman style, I find him easier to understand then some of the intro to econ books I had to read for school. His nerdy laugh is the icing on the cake! As for the accent, I don't hear it (I'm in proximity of NYC).

I've been buying books from the Mises store. My problem is, 12 to 14 hours a day is devoted to my job, which leaves me little time to read. I'm hoping to find some good audio I can listen to while driving.

I found no trouble with his accent- one of my relatives "claims" he speaks Italian and English, but speaks a pidgin of the two, so I can understand most this reasonable close to unaccented English, but his laugh I found grating.
