Earlier, I had linked to a completely mad post by Matthew Yglesias here: http://mises.org/Community/forums/p/24216/416177.aspx

And now this: http://thinkprogress.org/2011/04/28/tornado-global-warming/  http://dailycaller.com/2011/04/29/left-leaning-center-for-american-progress-blames-republicans-for-devastating-tornadoes/

Notice that the Center for American Progress never takes a scientific fight on matters of science and a policy fight on matters of policy.

Such a think tank only takes political fights, and when tornadoes happen, the Republican voters deserved it.

Wow.

PS: I am not one for false equivalence. Many Republicans/Glenn Beck/et cetera are far more insane. Progressives are merely ones who have to work to reach their level.

William, I like your posts, but whatever you wrote is incomprehensible. What exactly are you trying to say?

I don't know what in the blue hell "progressive" means actually. I just use the word, because the group calls itself Center for American Progress.

All I do know is that these people like to paint all their opponents with a broad brush, in an attempt to find political villains. They do that, until they come to the conclusion that people who suffered from the tornadoes deserved it. It's like 1% of the voting population has found the other 99% to be a singular evil opposition group that falls under a same broad category.

What else can you say about people who call Obama a conservative?

@Prateek Sanjay

Here's more empirical proof that progressives are insane:

If it doesn't embed, here it is

Freedom has always been the only route to progress.

1)  It would be sweet if NBC or something did public service announcments doing dont drink and post with famous TV actors that I don't care about

2)  I just spent yesterday getting paid to hand out progressive "vote obama" propaganda.  Kind of funny
