Paul brought tears to my eyes at the end (and then made me laugh when he hastily brought the topic to the FED):
Insider trading, no matter who does it, is not a problem - to the contrary. This movie misses the problem entirely even though it is right under their nose.
Can you point out the problem for those who do not wish to view the video?

Anything is a problem when it is illegal for some and not for others.
A random question: did Robert LeFevre actually belive that self-defence is unjustified? Would autarchist and anarco-pacifists just let people to rob each other?
Gasp, government schools can be evil too
Ron Paul supposedly doing great in Iowa:

Here's a fun blast from the past. Lot of stuff going on here. As always it's great to hear how Schiff responds to typical leftist questions and comments (my favorite: "those tens of millions of people were not in your economic class. They didn't understand the theory, they just went to work and built things. And they will be out of jobs because somebody else made a bad decision. And how do we get our economy back?")
Schiff is so good at TV debating. If I were confronted with that sort of nonsense I would be way too tempted to respond with something like "What? What does that even mean? My economics class? What are you talking about?" It really is a skill to be able to debate in that format. There are so many things you can do in normal conversations that just wouldn't make good tv, and would easily make you come off badly.
As usual CNN delivers on unmatched levels of smug. And what's funny is the way they attack the progressive think tank shill at the beginning, but then start picking on Schiff. Now that I think about it I actually tend to believe they just do what they can to try to look smart and hard-hitting...even if that means being belligerent and attacking people for opposite reasons. And to top it all off, the know-nothing bitch...(and I'm not saying that because she's a woman, I'm saying that because she's a bitchy person who bitches...there's really not a better word for it)...have fun watching her try to make herself seem important.
In the CNN Republican debate, a questioner mentioned Black Hawk Down and the Al-Qaeda presence in Somalia. The point was the U.S. intervened, withdrew, and suddenly Al-Qaeda appeared. Ron Paul explained Al-Qaeda’s motives, but Al-Qaeda in Somalia is the fault of the U.S. actions in Somalia. Defense analyst Ivan Eland said, “In early 2006, a fundamentalist Islamist movement called al-Shabaab had little Somali public support until the United States began backing corrupt and vicious warlords against the group. When interference by a foreign power caused the popularity of al-Shabaab to spike, Bush the Younger made things worse by sponsoring an invasion of the country by another foreign power—Ethiopia. Al-Shabaab survived this onslaught and threatened to oust the weak Somali government in the summer of 2009 after the Ethiopians withdrew their forces. The U.S. then hurriedly shipped millions of dollars of weapons to a government that is on life support and controls very little of the country, and only part of the capital of Mogadishu. As long as the United States intervenes in Somalia even indirectly, al-Shabaab can portray itself as battling the evil foreign infidels. Had the George W. Bush and Obama administrations left Somalia alone after the George H.W. Bush and Clinton administration disaster, al-Shabaab would likely be only a local Islamist group without much Somali popular support. Traditionally, most Somalis have been moderate Muslims.”
I had high hopes in the beginning, but he turned out to be a little girl.
(comment: "Thumbs up if you saw the girls reaction at 0:30 lol")
I'm really going to enjoy it when Ron Paul is the Republican candidate and guys like this are going to have to vote for him or stay home...
That was what I was trying to imply in second part of my post.
Gee. I wonder who PJTV is rooting for.
Check out the squirrel as he offers a surprisingly full throated defense for Ron Paul's stance on the Patriot Act against some moron statist...
It is my view that anyone who looks at the major headline events and legal changes in the US, UK and EU in the last decades and does not immediately think "conspiracy" is naive, at best.

"how left is right & right is wrong" <- best title ever if he means it in the way I hope he does.
The most ridiculous thing ever:
It would be great if we could make a similar thing about statism vs. voluntaryism:
There was actually a thread (which didn't get any attention) about it when that police attack happened..

Great ad from South Africa.

Sorry, didn't see that one, but thought it important.

Of course, another example of corporate greed:

Well shit, he could've fooled me! That further substantiates my hunches on government brainwashing capabilities. After all we only ever found out about MK ULTRA because the documents were accidentally partially preserved. Either he was brainwashed or just an excellent liar.

Exactly like Paul keeps saying...(surprise surprise, Ron Paul is right again.)

@John RE: Alan Colmes....
Wow. The Justin Sayfie pinhead thought that voluntarily boarding an airplane and agreeing not to carry weapons on the plane is equivalent to forfeiting the right to bear arms. What a doofus. And the stooge of a host repeated the canard as if it was a knockdown argument against the anti-PATRIOT position.
