Make sure it's raw milk cheese. Pasteurized milk is cancer in a carton.

Hey Freedom,

I used to believe that finite-earther stuff too. Then I read this: http://www.juliansimon.com/writings/Ultimate_Resource/

Well not all of it, you really just have to skim through it until you 'get it'. You will know when you do. It takes a while but it'll be worth it.

I knew there was something I didn't like about this pretentious British-accented know-nothing (apart of course from the fact that he's a pretentious know-nothing)...

This is Bob Bowden.  You may remember him from his good (yet obnoxiously guarded with copyright nonsense) documentary The Cartel.

As if it weren't ridiculous enough, listen to the asshat try to spin it and imply the US did him a favor by bombing the shit out of his country.  Sure he's an old idiot who would claim he was only joking...but I would put money on it that he was only halfway joking.

Some fun parts:

1:43 ...Steven Crowder insults anarchists and libertarians.

4:37 ...Steven Crowder's pretty proud of himself.

6:11 ...Steven Crowder gets mocked. Zing.

Can't tell whether that was serious or not... all I know is that I would not be against the idea of him launching his own news show. Highly entertaining, and imo well made :P

@ Wheylous,

Yeah, I think its a mix of shocking, pretty funny, very well made, and apart from the nationalist mass conspiracy stuff it could be true at the end when he says Germany will be bankrupted.

So, I think this is a real thing.

The Gospel of Barack Hussein Obama According to Mark" is designed to initiate the reader into a meditation on what it means to be human, what it means to be a manifestation of God, and how Barack Obama is a unique and important manifestation of God's desire for human flourishing. In a blend of words from his public speeches, imagined conversation, and fictional situations, the book highlights Obama's real stance on social justice and, in particular, economic and political empowerment. It juxtaposes ancient Biblical form and contemporary reality, challenging the reader to see and seek God in all persons.

Check out this unbelievably mean-spirited article on Mencken. It's just interesting how they hit him in vulnerable spots.

Says it was written in 1987, but it's a bit funny that someone's going to publish his love letters (and at the same time sort of an asshole move.)

Does anyone on this forum have a way to communicate to Tom Woods? I would love to see him demolish this portion of Bernanke's lecture, piece-by-piece.

He gets messages at his website, but he's pretty busy.  Just a week or so ago he was actually asking if anyone else had time to debunk some stuff like this.

It's not. He really believes that. I know it may seem like parody, but he truly does believe "more government = more freedom". Just take a look at some of the other posts in there. He loves state-run healthcare. I'm pretty sure he's not joking, either, when he says these things. I'm familiar enough with him to be quite sure of that.

He's consistently like this...

http://168.144.87.33/~alestan/view.php?post=62004

In response to someone asking him, "OK then, how about you give almost all your money to a poor African family RIGHT NOW? They're a lot worse off than you are and you could definitely survive with a lot less", he says "I'd love to, but guess what; you're using an example in a capitalistic setting. I would donate to the poor in Africa, if my: Health care, rent, car, gas, entertainment, food, laundry and every other luxury was free to me. So would I give what little money I make to the poor in Africa? You bet I would."

Taking the moral high ground while saying "Well, if my entertainment was free, I'd donate!"...He's the kind of guy who would say "But you'd leave people for dead!" without realizing that any resources he uses (time and money) for anything other than what is absolutely necessary to survive would mean "leaving people for dead".

The above and the last post were just from today. Yes, these people do exist.
