Why do the house reps seem to pass everything thrown at them?

I want to take a moment to note one of the most common modus operandi of the Elites - first, they threaten to impose a government or bill or _________ that is so terrible that there is a general public outcry against it. Then, they impose something that's not nearly as bad but which still grants them the powers that they wanted in the first place. SOPA, CISPA. REAL ID, PASS ID. TSA, ?. And so on.

In Somalia, for example - where the West has been meddling for nearly a century - there is this "al-Shabaab" group that has "ties to al-Qaeda". Bear in mind that al-Qaeda is entirely a creation of CIA. Al-Qaeda are whoever CIA say they are. Al-Qaeda was CIA's designation attached to a group of ex-mujahedeen fighters in Afghanistan that did not leave after the Soviets withdrew. They had received arms from CIA during the war with the Soviets and some of them had even received training from CIA/black ops types.

So, just as the African Union (UN = US) is attempting to impose its colonial government in Somalia, suddenly, this CIA-affiliated group (al-Shabaab, connected to CIA through al-Qaeda) springs up and threatens to impose "radical Sharia law" across the country. Nevermind that, culturally, the Somalis don't have a radical bone in their bodies. Suddenly, the colonial government with its taxes and regulations seems much more palatable by comparison to the hand-chopping al-Shabaab. Call me a crazy conspiracy theorist if that makes you feel any better.

The House reps pass anything that is put on their desk because that is their job.

They don't write the bills.  They just stamp their name on them for their handlers.

that is not their job.  their job is not to pass every bill introduced.

Jesus Christ.  Can we not speak figuratively?  What is their job then?  To represent and defend the Constitution??  haha  They pass bills for their handlers, whoever they may be.
