From a quick search, I wasn't able to find any good epub/mobi version.
The Venus Project PDF posted above seems to be some sort of very abridged/few chapters version (not the ~610 page original). I also found a few (poorly) OCRed PDFs.
The best version I was able to find was a scanned version, although it might be a little tougher to read on anything besides a computer, because it has two pages side by side. The text itself is legible enough, so it seems like I might be able to put together an EPUB version quite quickly.

There are still probably some tiny typos/mistakes that should to be fixed throughout the book (I did one pass through the entire thing). Sadly, the images out of the source document was crappy, but I tried to do my best with them.
