French editor Les Belles Lettres has a collection called Bibliothèque classique de la liberté. It contains books by Rothbard (The Ethics of Liberty), Mises (Human Action, abridged edition), Hayek (New Essays and Essays), Leoni, Guyot, Bastiat etc.

As for online content in French, not much that I know of but there's this cracking French Wiki: http://www.wikiberal.org/wiki/Accueil
