musashi was a 17th? century japanese swordsman who wasted a bunch of dudes, and he is known for showing up late to three successive duels, it was his strategy to defeat his opponent mentally.

I don't think it was a battle or even intended to be a debate. We were really fleshing out the finer points of our understandings of how humans organize. I'm really surprised at how much we agree on; our contentions are critical but not as many as it seems in our general forum interactions, though I don't mean to put words in Malachi's mouth. Anyway I think it was farily civil and productive, but what do I know, after all I think with my mouth.

@Malachi, I'd like to do another chat some day and pick up where we left off, if that's agreeable to you.
