Video shows older brother Boston bomber suspect alive, being handcuffed, put in police car.

If this is true, the Boston police have some explaining to do.

The media already announced yesterday or the day before that that the younger brother ran him over while he was being arrested. Whether or not this is true, they have already explained.

"Whether or not this is true, they have already explained."

If the video is true, it clearly shows him getting in a police car, not run over.

Your source doesn't even state that it is definitely Tamerlan...and why would be be naked? Was he streaking in Watertown?

"and why would be be naked?"

there are 2 videos....in the second one the reporter asks the witness why he was naked....he says because the police made him take off his clothes.

EDIT: While your source says it's unconfirmed, the full CNN clip (second video) does strongly suggest it is him. CNN got some things wrong already about this incident, but it appears that they might be right in this case.
