The groups feature is not working as well as I had hoped. There are too many groups without a clear purpose and with little activity.
I've decided to delete inactive groups and posibly require approval of new groups.
I will be doing the same for blogs - in this case, that has more to do with having a limited number of blog licenses.
"Inactive" for now means either having no content at all, or a single post/thread made a while ago.
