 That would constitute a cartel and would be illegal. :)

 I along with other businessmen, do spend much time and effort keeping our respective business's union free.  It is an expensive prospect, but FAR cheaper than the disaster you would incur if a union successfully certifies itself on your premises.

America works best union free.
