Anyone know where I can purchase Ikeda's "Dynamics of The Mixed Economy: Toward a Theory of Interventionism" for a reasonable price?

froogle has $71 and $76 (the $5 link is to a 5-page article). Half of it is on books.google.com. The Kindle price is $58.

It is a pretty good book, one worth having in print. I'll write to him.
