my own objection is when he says that entrepreneurs should be able to account for government action the same way they account for other factors.  This seems trivially stupid.  There are only a few ways to be profitable but millions of ways to be unprofitable.  Thus it is impossible to predict the actions of an actor who doesn't care about profit (profit being rational self interest).
