I wonder if anyone can direct me to any books, articles or sites that discuss the EU in the same, critical way that this site does the US.
There are so many fine thinkers here and elsewhere drawing attention to the mistakes that the White House and the Fed are making, but I haven't been able to find anyone doing the same for the EU and and ECB.
Any leads would be gratefully received.

Somebody posted this on here a day or two ago. It's described as a mini-Mises Institute in Spain. It has original work that comes out of its own institution. I looked at its home page and noticed articles on the EU and UN.

"Anyone who denies the law of non-contradiction should be beaten and burned until he admits that to be beaten is not the same as not to be beaten, and to be burned is not the same as not to be burned." - Avicenna
Not on topic, but I was wondering when someone would finally use that quote from Avicenna.
Freedom of markets is positively correlated with the degree of evolution in any society...
Thanks for all these links.
If anyone else is interested, I've found http://www.openeurope.org.uk/, http://www.free-europe.org/english/ and http://www.adamsmith.org/, which all look good.
Anyone from Ireland could look at reform.ie, which though just starting seems to have promise.
