Most stable fiat currencies?

What countries do you think have the most stable fiat currencies?  An oxymoron, yes, but which are headed to the fiat graveyard the slowest and are likely to survive the US implosion?

List your favorites and why.

I still think the Euro is stable, it has appreciated significantly against the dollar during the past decade, despite Europe's economy being a wasteland.

The reasons are political. There is no European central government (yet) therefore no one can force the ECB to inflate.
