So I had the Peerblock program running while I opened all my economics related bookmarks tonight and saw the the range for the 'European Central Bank' was blocked. I was intrigued and went and reloaded each website one-by-one and was suprised to find that it was ironically the great friend of central banking, the mises blog that set it off.
Just curious as to what what source of this query might be. The IP that was automatically blocked was 195.128.2.129.
