Something like a "like" or "+1" button for media? So we know what is popular and liked by patrons? I feel like I wade through the media section just lost... no idea what to listen to. There's a lot of strong pieces I've found by chance. It would be nice if they had a bunch of green + sign's by them, and if you could "sort by highest rated" sort of dealy.
i would love this too.
It doesn't sound like a bad idea, but I think there should be a minimum post count required in order to vote. Otherwise, trolls will just rate everything low like they do the threads.
Yeah i was thinking just an overall + option. No negatives.
what I want to be able to do is sort by more than one category at a time. Such as I want file type X of Author Y talking about subject Z.
Now now guys, dont get greedy! The whole system is running on an ASP interpreter.. it is held together by duct tape and high spirits. Just be happy that is working as is :p

Greed is good.
This thread is just an attempt at community feedback. Whether they implement our ideas or not depends on too many factors.

Yes, it is.
Hmm, I don't know if I follow the logic of how this would much of a pro. Maybe a "comment" section would be better if they had to do something (and you could always check #of comments for somewhat of a interesting topic measurement).
My personal aesthetic though, would be to keep everything catagorized without user feedback, it seems more "professional". That is just my aesthetic though. Maybe that could be countered with a "Mises Media discussion" forum when this site gets it's new system or something.
