It seems like every administration bombs, attacks, pays for attacks, etc on Somalia. What did the Somalis every do to the USA to deserve all of this violent attention?

Somalia is an easy target because, plainly put, it cannot shoot back. Sure, every man has a rifle but what good is it against airplane flying thousands of feet high? Add the fact it's largely inhabitated by Muslims (not "our" Muslims like the Saudi royal family and the immigrants pouring into Europe of course), hence it's probably harboring thousands of suicide terrorists ready to strike at the "Homeland" and top on that people prefer to be ruled over by clan elders and Islamic courts instead of a proper democratic government (a generalissimo like Mubarak will do just nicely) and you have it. We send aid in there, wonder why it creates chaos, and then send in troops to decrease it. But it doesn't...
