Earlier I was watching a video of the President of the European Commission Jose Manual Barraso berate English conservatives and part of what he said was “It is true, that there are in Europe, different financial cultures…” Is it just me or is this person just barking mad in thinking that a country’s finances respond to its cultural mores and beliefs, meaning in ways other than intended as in buying and selling?
