In a libertarian economy if someone dies an has no relatives who will inherit the properties? The first that reclaims them? Thanks.
I am asuming that friends or partners do not have any written or unwritten documentation as to what the deceased intended to do with their property. Yes the property would be left to homesteaders. Now that is rather far fetched as there are always people around who could make a cliam for all or part of the property. Those individuals would either come to an agreement over the property or seek the arbitration.
