What were the most harmful products of the Civil Rights Act of 1964?
I think this is an important policy to be well-informed in its factual and moral shortcomings since it embodies the liberal mindset that government can engineer social harmony.
There really aren't any. The Civil Rights Act was simply a private property take over by the US Federal Government. But there are bunches of other acts that are also part of this take over as well, so I see nothing in the act that that produced a new agression against private property. How about Social Security? That is the by far the biggest theft of property in the human history. What about the alphabet soup of regulatory agencies that step on the property rights of the populace? The Civil Rights Act in this context is just more of the same and in fact it works exactly the same as the other regulations do setting up a bureau to police the behaviors of citizens.
