I know quite a few novels have been written, but does anyone know of any films involving the subject?

Well I know probably the most anti-libertarian TV show out there is 24. And it was created by two Rick Santorum supporters. Go figure.

I got it. Dark City. Amazing film by Alex Proyas. Definately an anarchist theme there.

Dark City is the shit! It's unfortunate that it didn't get more attention upon its release. Maybe if it had a ton of slo-mo actions sequences, it would have been more popular... (*cough* THE MATRIX *cough*)

Seriously though, The Matrix ripped so much from that film.

Haha, yes. I like both movies, but Dark City was just epic.

Only "anarchist" films I know of are Mad Max: Road Warrior and Beyond Thunderdome.

I had always been impressed by the fact that there are a surprising number of individuals who never use their minds if they can avoid it, and an equal number who do use their minds, but in an amazingly stupid way. - Carl Jung, Man and His Symbols
