There's a few things about the forum that are not completely intuitive, and I found that a lot of stuff has to keep getting explained multiple times, so I figured it would be helpful to just put everything in one thread that all newbs should visit. First thing's...

  • Maybe you can help me; I need to know how web servers and the internet work??

I need to know how web servers and the internet work. I have searched for books on the subject. I have searched the internet (ironically), and what I have found is completly basic. • PDF Security Settings

When I read very informative books I prefer to take notes and highlight. I was wondering why the PDF security settings in the literature section are set to prevent me from highlighting or commenting on them once I d/l them? This would make it much easier for me to use them as sources.

  • "Austrian" and libertarian professors in Germany

Hello everybody! One quick though urgent question: Do any of you know any professors in Germany, who would be willing to tutor a PhD candidate regarding an "austrian" thesis? Any professors at all in Germany who are even "austrian friendly"? Thank you all. Santiago "Desperate"...

  • I'm ready to become an independent scholar of Austrian economics......

I want to ask you about the books that I should read in sequence. I got introduced to libertarianism with the Ron Paul movement in the internet(even though I'm a Filipino and cannot be involved in US politics). Since then I have devoured articles on LRC, mises.org and freedomainradio.com and feel...

  • Write an essay for me?

I looked at the publications on this site and when I came to Murray N. Rothbard's "The ethics of liberty" I went out and bought my own copy. I am new to "knowing" that I am really a libertarian and now that I know, it is a big load off my mind as I was beginning to feel I was...
