  • Re: Would I have some kind of legal case...

No one would have bought a TV that gave an electric shock under an economy with Austrian principles. Wal-Mart wouldn't exist, either. If it did, it wouldn't be the hell-raiser it is, because it couldn't sell bad products at low prices; it would have to sell good products at relatively low prices under an Austrian economy.

  • Re: harm reduction and libertarianism

We're dependent upon utilitarianism, so some laws are meant to maximize harm, while other laws are meant to minimize harm. Bush maximized harm with the War on Drugs, but Obama may reduce it a bit with his new drug courts. Some therapists don't treat people they believe to be a threat to society, others feel bad if they don't treat bad people

  • Authoritarian phenotype

Bush41 was never known (to my knowledge) to have been scared of assassination; Jeb Bush is the most like his father, in regards to respect for every individual; Obama clearly didn't seem to fear his assassination; he knows he'll die a natural death. Then, didn't Andrew Jackson remove the American Indians because they had stolen property

  • Re: 2010, 12 predictions

Well, I figure it was ok to reply. Yes, now that everyone has pointed it out to me,I believe that President Obama will get a 2nd term. However, I don't think Joe Biden will be the next VP; It will be hillary clinton, I think. Joe Biden is worse than I am; he may be President, but he doesn't have the brains to president, yet.

  • 2010, 12 predictions

I've kind of gone back and forth between whether Obama would win a 2nd term; I remember, when everyone was unhappy about McCain's loss vs. Obama's win, I was saying that Obama's win wouldn't yield a good average (most people who voted for him did so to get him out; and I don't think McCain cared that much), so I always had some

  • Re: Expected vs. Actual Inflation

Well, actual inflation can't be predicted perfectly. This is going to be the strongest boom ever. Its effects have already happened, and they happen during busts--they're just going to be redistributed.

  • Re: Is hyperinflation avoidable?

Well, nature was originally gold and blue; Gold then created silver and red; however, the combined force of the state turned the world into an AG (alternating agrarian) indivdiual. I imagine Nature's god, whoever it is, did it; sounds like Satan and Goad could "only battle each other to a draw." Or, perhaps it was Reharl and Agito from

  • Re: Do you think that Dr. Paul's Audit the Fed Act will pass?

Dr. Paul is likely the only person that works for the government that wants his salary minimized, if not eliminated. I mean, he is the only Jeffersonian in Washington who doesn't feel guilty of "derelection of duty".

  • Re: The 5 levels of life quality/5 govt types--Left to Paleo-Right

I'm sorry about that, but I really appreciate you trying to interpret my not so great writing. I actually now have a few questions about a state that enforces individual liberty, as well as it not working as well as a society that John Mill envisioned. [i.e., one with maximum individual liberty with minimized pain.] Nature's god (whoever the

  • The 5 levels of life quality/5 govt types--Left to Paleo-Right

Questions: How accurate is this? Any suggested corrections or edits? Also, I guess one could ignore the references to Konami's Castlevania. It's one of my favorite game series, with the best canon of any mostly fictional story ever. Extreme left |democractic/majoritarian rule| |authoritarianism| fascism absolute militarism, force. Nazism one
