We're dependent upon utilitarianism, so some laws are meant to maximize harm, while other laws are meant to minimize harm. Bush maximized harm with the War on Drugs, but Obama may reduce it a bit with his new drug courts. Well, I figure it was ok to reply. Yes, now that everyone has pointed it out to me,I believe that President Obama will get a 2nd term. However, I don't think Joe Biden will be the next VP; It will be hillary clinton, I think. Joe Biden is worse than I am; he may be President, but he doesn't have the brains to president, yet.
